Article 987 of the French Civil Code

The wills mentioned in the two preceding articles shall become null and void six months after communications have been re-established in the place where the testator is, or six months after he has passed to a place where they are not interrupted.

Les testaments mentionnés aux deux précédents articles deviendront nuls six mois après que les communications auront été rétablies dans le lieu où le testateur se trouve, ou six mois après qu’il aura passé dans un lieu où elles ne seront point interrompues.
