Article A112-30 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The deliberations of the Board of Directors of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée of a regulatory nature shall be published in the Bulletin officiel du cinéma et de l’image animée, in particular those mentioned in 5° of article R. 112-4, to article R. 112-5 and Article D. 311-1 as well as the general regulations mentioned in this article.

Sont publiées au Bulletin officiel du cinéma et de l’image animée les délibérations du conseil d’administration du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée de caractère réglementaire, notamment celles mentionnées au 5° de l’article R. 112-4, à l’article R. 112-5 et à l’article D. 311-1 ainsi que le règlement général mentionné à cet article.
