The Board of Directors may only validly deliberate if at least half of its members are present, represented or represented by proxy. The financial control authority and the accounting officer attend meetings of the Board of Directors in an advisory capacity.The Chairman may also invite the heads of the institution’s departments and services to attend meetings, as well as any other person whose presence he deems useful.

Minutes of each meeting of the Board of Directors are signed by the Chairman and sent to the Minister for Culture, the Minister for the Economy and the Minister for the Budget within one month of the meeting.
