The financial control authority and the accounting officer attend meetings of the Board of Directors in an advisory capacity.
The Chairman may also invite the heads of the institution’s departments and services to attend meetings, as well as any other person whose presence he deems useful.

L’autorité chargée du contrôle financier et l’agent comptable assistent aux séances du conseil d’administration avec voix consultative.
