Subsection 4: Election of employee representatives

The election of staff representatives takes place no more than four months and no less than one month before the expiry of the term of office of the current members.

Staff representatives are elected on the basis of proportional representation, with the remainder being distributed on the basis of the highest average, and without a mixture of candidates.
