Article D112-13 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The following are eligible to vote:
1° Permanent and probationary civil servants working in the establishment on the date of the ballot;
2° Permanent contract staff and full-time staff on secondment who have completed three months’ service on the date of the ballot.
The following are excluded from the electoral college: staff on long-term leave, on availability or on unpaid leave for any reason whatsoever and staff whose contract ends between the date of publication of the electoral list and the close of the ballot.

Article D112-13

Sont électeurs :
1° Les fonctionnaires titulaires et stagiaires en fonction dans l’établissement à la date du scrutin ;
2° Les personnels contractuels à durée indéterminée ainsi que les personnels mis à disposition à temps plein et qui justifient de trois mois d’ancienneté à la date du scrutin.
Sont exclus du collège électoral les agents en congé de longue durée, en disponibilité ou en congé sans rémunération pour quelque cause que ce soit ainsi que les agents dont le contrat se termine entre la date de publication de la liste électorale et la clôture du scrutin.
