Article D112-16 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Each list of candidates comprises four names, i.e. two full candidates and two alternate candidates, with details of their position and department of employment. It is signed by the candidates. The lists of candidates and the supporting documents shall be submitted to the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée no later than three weeks before the closing date of the ballot.

The trade unions represented on the social committees of the administration of the Ministry of Culture or on the social committee of the administration of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée are the only trade unions that may present the lists of their choice, mentioning the trade union affiliation of the list.

The president of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée shall publish, by posting, the lists that have been duly drawn up.

If a candidate withdraws less than eight clear days before the start of the ballot, he may not be replaced.

Chaque liste de candidats comporte quatre noms, soit deux noms de candidats titulaires et deux noms de candidats suppléants, avec précision de la fonction et du service d’affectation. Elle est signée par les candidats. Les listes des candidats et les professions de foi sont déposées auprès du président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée au plus tard trois semaines avant la date limite du scrutin.

Les syndicats représentés aux comités sociaux d’administration du ministère chargé de la culture ou au comité social d’administration du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée sont les seuls syndicats qui peuvent présenter les listes de leur choix avec mention de l’appartenance syndicale de la liste.

Le président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée publie, par voie d’affichage, les listes régulièrement constituées.

Si un candidat se désiste moins de huit jours francs avant l’ouverture du scrutin, il ne peut être remplacé.
