Article D112-17 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Proofs of office, ballot papers bearing the names of the titular candidates and their substitutes, the explanatory circular and the ballot envelopes shall be given to voters present in the establishment against a receipt at least fifteen days before the date of the ballot. For employees absent during this period, for whatever reason, the ballot papers will be sent to the voter’s home address with acknowledgement of receipt, at least seven days before the closing date of the ballot.

Les professions de foi, les bulletins de vote portant le nom des candidats titulaires et de leurs suppléants, la circulaire explicative et les enveloppes de vote sont remis aux électeurs présents dans l’établissement contre émargement au moins quinze jours avant la date du scrutin. Pour les agents absents à cette période, pour quelque raison que ce soit, il est procédé à un envoi avec avis de réception au domicile de l’électeur, sept jours au moins avant la date de clôture du scrutin.
