Article D112-19 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Voters shall use only the voting materials provided by the administration.
The vote shall be cast on a single ballot paper bearing no erasures, distinguishing marks or overwriting, failing which it shall be null and void.
In the event of a postal vote, the outer envelope shall bear no words other than those pre-printed. A second envelope, into which the envelope with the vote is slipped, shall contain, legibly written: the surname, first name, assignment and signature of the voter. This vote must reach the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée no later than the day before the date of the ballot.

Les électeurs utilisent exclusivement le matériel de vote fourni par l’administration.
Le vote, sous peine de nullité, est exprimé à l’aide d’un seul bulletin de vote ne comportant ni rature, ni signe distinctif, ni surcharge.
En cas de vote par correspondance, l’enveloppe extérieure ne comporte aucune autre mention que celles préimprimées. Une seconde enveloppe, dans laquelle est glissée l’enveloppe avec le vote, comporte, lisiblement écrits : le nom, le prénom, l’affectation et la signature de l’électeur. Ce vote parvient au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée au plus tard la veille de la date du scrutin.
