Article R112-5 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The Board of Directors may delegate to the Chairman some of the powers provided for in 6°, 9°, 10° and 11° of article R. 112-4, under the conditions it determines.

The Board of Directors may also delegate to the Chairman some of the powers provided for in 3° and 5° of article R. 112-4 for the implementation of temporary or experimental financial aid.

The Chairman reports on the decisions he has taken by virtue of these delegations at the next meeting of the Board of Directors.

Article R112-5

Le conseil d’administration peut déléguer au président certaines des attributions prévues aux 6°, 9°, 10° et 11° de l’article R. 112-4, dans les conditions qu’il détermine.

Le conseil d’administration peut également déléguer au président certaines des attributions prévues aux 3° et 5° de l’article R. 112-4 pour la mise en place d’aides financières temporaires ou expérimentales.

Le président rend compte des décisions qu’il a prises en vertu de ces délégations à la plus prochaine séance du conseil d’administration.
