The Board of Directors deliberates in particular on :
1° The establishment’s strategic guidelines ;
2° The initial budget and amending budgets, as well as the financial statements and the allocation of the results for the financial year;
3° The general conditions for the allocation of financial aid, including temporary or experimental aid;
4° The guidelines for the acquisition and deposit policy provided for in 5° of article L. 111-2 ;
5° The number, powers and operating procedures of the committees it may set up to carry out the institution’s tasks, and in particular the specialist committees responsible for giving an opinion on the allocation of financial aid;
6° The categories of contracts which, because of their nature or the financial amount involved, are submitted to it for approval;
7° Agreements for the provision of buildings belonging to the State and necessary for the performance of the tasks set out in article L. 111-2, entered into under the conditions set out in articles R. 128-12 to R. 128-17 of the Code du domaine de l’Etat;
8° Loans with a term of less than twelve months, acquisitions, extensions and disposals of holdings, and the creation of subsidiaries;
9° Proposed purchases, leases, sales and leases of buildings;
9° bis The rates of the fee referred to in 3° of article L. 114-1 ;
10° Legal proceedings;
11° Acceptance or refusal of gifts and legacies;
12° The report provided for in article L. 114-2;
13° The salary scale and allowances for contract staff recruited under open-ended contracts, as well as the rules for re-evaluating their remuneration, under the conditions laid down in article R. 113-11.
