Article D112-14 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée is responsible for organising the elections. He shall set the date of the ballot and the opening hours of the polling stations, which he shall make public by posting one month before the date of the ballot.
He shall draw up the electoral list, which shall be posted at least one month before the closing date of the ballot.
Any complaints must be sent by letter or e-mail, within eleven days of the date of publication, to the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée, who shall rule without delay. He will rule on the merits of the complaints and draw up the final electoral list within the same timeframe.

Article D112-14

Le président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée est chargé de l’organisation des élections. Il fixe la date du scrutin et les heures d’ouverture des bureaux de vote qu’il rend publiques par voie d’affichage un mois avant la date du scrutin.
Il établit la liste électorale qui est affichée au moins un mois avant la date de clôture du scrutin.
Toute réclamation doit être adressée par lettre et par courrier électronique, dans les onze jours suivant la date de publication, au président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée qui statue sans délai. Celui-ci statue sur le bien-fondé des réclamations et arrête dans le même délai la liste électorale définitive.
