Article D112-15 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Staff who meet the conditions required to be eligible to vote may stand for election, with the exception of permanent or non-permanent staff who do not have one year’s seniority with the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée at the date of closure of the electoral lists and staff who are absent due to long-term illness, training leave or parental leave.
The chairman, directors and accounting officer of the establishment are not eligible to stand for election.

Peuvent être candidats les personnels remplissant les conditions requises pour être électeurs, à l’exception des agents titulaires ou non titulaires ne justifiant pas d’un an d’ancienneté au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée à la date de clôture des listes électorales et des agents absents pour longue maladie, en congé formation ou congé parental.
Le président, les directeurs et l’agent comptable de l’établissement ne sont pas éligibles.
