Article R112-6 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The deliberations relating to the budget provided for in 2° of Article R. 112-4 are deemed to have been approved on expiry of a period of fifteen days following their receipt by the supervisory ministers under the conditions set out in article 176 of decree no. 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012 on public budgetary and accounting management.

The decisions concerning the financial account provided for in 2° of article R. 112-4 are enforceable under the conditions provided for in Title III of the same decree.

The decisions provided for in 3° of article R. 112-4 are enforceable by operation of law fifteen days after their receipt by the Minister for Culture and the Minister for the Budget, in the absence of approval or express opposition notified within this period.

The decisions provided for in 8° of article R. 112-4 are enforceable after express approval by the Minister for Culture, the Minister for the Economy and the Minister for the Budget.

The decisions provided for in 9° of article R. 112-4 are automatically enforceable one month after they have been received by the Minister for Culture, the Minister for the Economy and the Minister for the Budget, if none of them has objected within this period.

The decisions provided for in 13° of article R. 112-4 are automatically enforceable fifteen days after their receipt by the ministers responsible for culture, the budget and the civil service, if none of them has objected within this period.

Article R112-6

Les délibérations portant sur le budget prévues au 2° de l’article R. 112-4 sont réputées approuvées à l’expiration d’un délai de quinze jours après leur réception par les ministres de tutelle dans les conditions prévues à l’article 176 du décret n° 2012-1246 du 7 novembre 2012 relatif à la gestion budgétaire et comptable publique.

Les délibérations portant sur le compte financier prévues au 2° de l’article R. 112-4 sont exécutoires dans les conditions prévues par le titre III du même décret.

Les délibérations prévues au 3° de l’article R. 112-4 sont exécutoires de plein droit quinze jours après leur réception par le ministre chargé de la culture et le ministre chargé du budget, à défaut d’approbation ou d’opposition expresse notifiée dans ce délai.

Les délibérations prévues au 8° de l’article R. 112-4 sont exécutoires après approbation expresse du ministre chargé de la culture, du ministre chargé de l’économie et du ministre chargé du budget.

Les délibérations prévues au 9° de l’article R. 112-4 sont exécutoires de plein droit un mois après leur réception par le ministre chargé de la culture, le ministre chargé de l’économie et le ministre chargé du budget, si aucun d’eux n’y a fait opposition dans ce délai.

Les délibérations prévues au 13° de l’article R. 112-4 sont exécutoires de plein droit quinze jours après leur réception par les ministres chargés de la culture, du budget et de la fonction publique si aucun d’eux n’y a fait opposition dans ce délai.
