Article A121-1 of the French Sports Code

The agreement referred to in article R. 122-5 must be accompanied by the following documents:
1° The articles of association of the transferor sports association, together with the balance sheets and profit and loss account for the last sports season and the budget for the current season;
2° The articles of association of the transferee sports association, together with the balance sheets and profit and loss account for the last sports season and the budget for the current season.

Article A121-1

Le dépôt de la convention mentionnée à l’article R. 122-5 est accompagné des documents suivants :
1° Les statuts de l’association sportive cédante, ainsi que les bilans et compte de résultat de la dernière saison sportive et le budget de la saison en cours ;
2° Les statuts du cessionnaire, ainsi que les bilans et compte de résultat de la dernière saison sportive et le budget de la saison en cours.
