Article A123-10 of the French Commercial code

Each technical working group is responsible, within the limits set by the strategic steering committee, for fulfilling the tasks assigned by the latter in application of 9° of article A. 123-7.

In this capacity, it reports to the Strategic Advisory Board on the progress of its work through the submission of a report, including draft resolutions or proposals for improving the system in line with the tasks assigned.

Article A123-10

Chaque groupe de travail technique est chargé, dans les limites fixées par le collège stratégique de pilotage, de répondre aux missions assignées par ce dernier en application du 9° de l’article A. 123-7.

A ce titre, il rend compte au collège stratégique de l’état de ses travaux par la transmission d’un rapport, comprenant des projets de délibérations ou des propositions d’amélioration du dispositif en lien avec les missions assignées.
