The strategic steering committee includes a representative of each of the ministers responsible for the single body and the bodies to which the formalities for companies submitted to the single body are sent.
The members of the strategic steering committee have voting rights as follows
The following are ex officio members with the right to vote:
1° The Director General of Enterprises;
> The Director of Civil Affairs
2° The Director of Civil Affairs and Seals;
> The Director of Social Security
3° The Director of Social Security;
4° The Director General of Public Finance;
5° The Director General of the Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques;
> The Director General for Performance;
The Director General for Social Security;
The Director General for Social Security
6° The Director General for the economic and environmental performance of companies;
Ex-officio members of the Strategic Steering Committee may be represented by one or more persons appointed from their administration.
The chairmen of the technical working groups set up by the Strategic Steering Group are also members, without voting rights.
>The Strategic Steering Group is chaired by the Chairman of the Strategic Steering Group.
The Strategic Steering Group is chaired by the Director General for Enterprises or his representative. The secretariat is provided by the Directorate-General for Enterprise.
Where appropriate, experts may be appointed to take part in the work of the Strategic Steering Committee, without voting rights.
>The Strategic Steering Committee meets at least once a year.
The Strategic Steering Group meets at least four times a year, convened by its Chairman. Decisions are taken by a majority of those present, provided that at least two members from two different ministries have spoken. In the event of a tie, the Director General of Enterprise or his representative has the casting vote.
Members may ask the Chairman to convene a meeting of the Strategic Steering Committee on a specific subject.
