Article A212-122 of the French Sports Code

In order to take part in the specific part of the three-level “brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif”, the candidate’s level of practical experience may be required under the conditions laid down by order in application of article D. 212-72.
The specific training includes teaching on sport for disabled people.
This training is given in collaboration with the sports federations holding the delegation instituted in article L. 131-14 for the practice of physical and sports activities by disabled people.

Pour se présenter à la partie spécifique du brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif à trois degrés, un niveau de pratique du candidat peut être exigé dans les conditions fixées par arrêté pris en application de l’article D. 212-72.
La formation spécifique comprend un enseignement sur le sport pour les personnes handicapées.
Cette formation est donnée en collaboration avec les fédérations sportives titulaires de la délégation instituée à l’article L. 131-14 pour la pratique des activités physiques et sportives par des personnes handicapées.
