Article A212-136 of the French Sports Code

The Regional Director for Youth, Sport and the Voluntary Sector approves the activity, teaching or training structures in which the work-based training course and the training units take place, after consultation with a committee made up of the following people:
– a technical manager specialising in the sports option concerned;
– a representative of the sports federation(s) concerned;
– a representative of an organisation of sports instructors holding a state diploma in the sports option concerned;
– any person likely to be able to enlighten the work of this committee.
An agreement, the content of which is set out in appendix II-9, is drawn up before the start of the work placement between the representative(s) of the structure(s) mentioned in article A. 212-133 and the head of the establishment or department responsible for the training.

Article A212-136

Le directeur régional de la jeunesse, des sports et de la vie associative agrée les structures d’animation, d’enseignement ou d’entraînement dans lesquelles se déroule le stage pédagogique en situation ainsi que les unités de formation après consultation d’une commission composée des personnes suivantes :
― un cadre technique spécialiste de l’option sportive concernée ;
― un représentant de la (des) fédération (s) sportive (s) concernée (s) ;
― un représentant d’une organisation d’éducateurs sportifs diplômés d’Etat dans l’option sportive concernée ;
― toute personne susceptible d’éclairer les travaux de cette commission.
Une convention dont le contenu est fixé par l’annexe II-9 est établie avant le début du stage pédagogique en situation entre le (ou les) représentant (s) de la (ou des) structure (s) mentionnée (s) à l’article A. 212-133 et le chef de l’établissement ou du service responsable de la formation.
