All training organisations must comply with all the general and specific clauses of the specifications in order to be approved.
An accredited training organisation is deemed to meet the general clauses for any new application for accreditation. It must, however, communicate the details when it submits an application for authorisation in another region.
In accordance with article R. 212-10-18, the training organisation undertakes to present procedures for the organisation of additional selection tests in line with the level of certification, the specialisation or the option of the diploma in question and making it possible to assess the candidate’s ability to enrol in the proposed training process.
All training organisations must be able to prove that they meet the requirements of the specifications during their accreditation. The training organisation must make available to the Regional Director of Youth, Sport and Social Cohesion for on-site or documentary inspection:
-the candidate’s entire enrolment file ;
-all supporting documents for the commitments made in its accreditation application.
