If the Regional Director for Youth, Sport and Social Cohesion refuses an application for renewal of the authorisation provided for in article R. 212-10-14, the training organisation may submit a new application for authorisation in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 212-10-8 to R. 212-10-13.

En cas de refus du directeur régional de la jeunesse, des sports et de la cohésion sociale opposé à la demande de renouvellement de l’habilitation prévue à l’article R. 212-10-14, l’organisme de formation peut déposer une nouvelle demande d’habilitation conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 212-10-8 à R. 212-10-13.
