The central pricing office instituted by article L. 125-6, when presented with a proposal to cover the risks of natural catastrophes, may, in accordance with the provisions of the sixth paragraph of the said article, decide to apply special reductions, the maximum amounts of which are set as follows:
contracts covering property for residential use, motorised land vehicles and other property for non-professional use: twenty-five times the amount of the excess specified in Annex I to Article A. 125-1;
-contracts covering property used for professional purposes: 30% of the amount of direct material damage suffered by the insured, per establishment and per event, but not less than twenty-five times the minimum amount expressed in francs set out in Annex I to article A. 125-1 for the same property;
-contracts covering the risks mentioned in article L. 125-1 (2nd paragraph): thirty working days with a minimum of twenty-five times the amount of the excess provided for in appendix II to article A. 125-1.
