Article A310-4 of the French Commercial code

Information at the point of sale is provided by the declarant throughout the duration of the clearance sale by displaying a copy of the declaration receipt issued by the town hall that is legible from the public highway.

For establishments selling by mail order, the information contained in article A. 310-3 are brought to the attention of consumers.
