Article A310-5 of the French Commercial code

In the event of a change in the date of the liquidation operation under the conditions provided for in article R. 310-6, a copy of the letter informing the mayor of the postponement shall be displayed at the place of sale alongside the copy of the declaration receipt for the initial file under the conditions provided for in Article A. 310-4.

For establishments practising distance selling, the date of the letter to the mayor and the reasons for the postponement are brought to the attention of consumers.

Dans le cas d’un changement de date de l’opération de liquidation dans les conditions prévues par l’article R. 310-6, une copie de la lettre informant le maire du report est affichée sur le lieu de vente à côté de la copie du récépissé de déclaration du dossier initial dans les conditions prévues à l’article A. 310-4.

Pour les établissements pratiquant la vente à distance, la date de la lettre au maire et les motifs du report sont portés à la connaissance des consommateurs.
