Article A312-8 of the French Sports Code

Any new application for approval is made under the same conditions and according to the same procedure as that used to grant the initial approval:
– in the case of a permanent modification to the enclosure or its layout, the documents listed in article A. 312-3 are produced for the modified part of the structure;
– in the case of a modification to the environment, the documents listed in article A. 312-4 are produced, updated if necessary, as well as a document specifying the nature of the modification (exhibit 18).
In both cases, the new application must be accompanied by a copy of an approval register, the content of which is set out in appendix III-3 to this code.

Article A312-8

Toute nouvelle demande d’homologation s’effectue dans les conditions et selon une procédure analogue à celle prévue pour l’octroi de l’homologation initiale :
― dans le cas d’une modification permanente de l’enceinte ou de son aménagement, les pièces désignées à l’article A. 312-3 sont produites pour la partie d’ouvrage modifiée ;
― dans le cas d’une modification de l’environnement, les pièces, le cas échéant actualisées, énumérées à l’article A. 312-4 sont produites ainsi qu’un document précisant la nature de la modification (pièce 18).
Dans les deux cas, il est joint à la nouvelle demande une copie d’un registre d’homologation dont le contenu est déterminé à l’annexe III-3 du présent code.
