Article A321-9 of the French Commercial code

Admission is pronounced by the jury if the average of the marks obtained by the candidate is equal to or higher than 10 out of 20.

At the end of the tests, the jury draws up the list of candidates declared admitted, which is displayed on the premises of the conseil des maisons de vente, the Chambre nationale des commissaires-priseurs judiciaires and the Conseil national des courtiers de marchandises assermentés as well as on the websites of these bodies.

The conseil des maisons de vente issues each successful candidate with a certificate of passing the qualifying examination.

A l’issue des épreuves, le jury dresse la liste des candidats déclarés admis, laquelle est affichée dans les locaux du conseil des maisons de vente, de la Chambre nationale des commissaires-priseurs judiciaires et du Conseil national des courtiers de marchandises assermentés ainsi que sur le site internet de ces organismes.

Le conseil des maisons de vente délivre à chaque candidat admis une attestation de réussite à l’examen d’aptitude.
