Article A322-144 of the French Sports Code

All necessary precautions are taken to guarantee the safety of local residents outside the establishments or installations and the protection of the public, shooters and personnel operating on the stands inside, both with regard to the technical equipment made available to shooters and its handling and with regard to the risks of ricochets, lost projectiles and the fallout of pellets or fragments of targets, with reference to the technical regulations filed by the Fédération française de ball-trap with the Minister for the Interior and the Minister for Sport.

Toutes les précautions nécessaires sont prises afin de garantir à l’extérieur des établissements ou installations la sécurité des riverains et à l’intérieur la protection du public, des tireurs et du personnel opérant sur les stands, tant en ce qui concerne les équipements techniques mis à la disposition des tireurs et leur maniement qu’en ce qui concerne les risques de ricochets, de projectiles perdus et de retombées de plombs ou de fragments de plateaux, par référence aux règlements techniques déposés par la Fédération française de ball-trap auprès du ministre de l’intérieur et du ministre chargé des sports.
