Article A322-165 of the French Sports Code

For freefall in wind tunnels, the age, weight and height limits of the participants are defined by the operator of the establishment according to the characteristics of the machine. However, the age of the participant may not be less than five years.

Before starting the activity, the operator of the establishment must inform the participants of any medical conditions that may present contraindications.

Minors must be able to show proof of authorisation from their legal representatives.

Pour la pratique de la chute libre en soufflerie, les limitations d’âge, de poids et de taille des pratiquants sont définies par l’exploitant de l’établissement en fonction des caractéristiques de la machine. Toutefois l’âge du pratiquant ne peut être inférieur à cinq ans.

L’exploitant de l’établissement informe les pratiquants, préalablement au début de l’activité, des pathologies pouvant présenter des contre-indications.

Les pratiquants mineurs doivent pouvoir justifier d’une autorisation de leurs représentants légaux.
