Article A322-3-3 of the French Sports Code

The certificates referred to in 3° of article A. 322-3-1 of the French Sports Code are as follows:

1° The certificate of passing the “Pass nautique” test referred to in I of article A. 322-3-2 of the French Sports Code ;

2° The certificate of safe swimming skills (ASNS) validated during school time referred to inarticle D. 312-47-2 of the Education Code , or the “savoir-nager en sécurité” certificate validated outside school hours, as provided for in theOrder of 9 August 2022 relating to the “savoir-nager” safety certificate outside school hours;

3° The “attestation scolaire du savoir-nager” (ASSN) issued before 2 March 2022;

4° A certificate attesting to successful completion of the “Sauv’nage” test, common to all approved sports federations with a shared interest in swimming, issued before 1st September 2023.

Les certificats mentionnés au 3° de l’article A. 322-3-1 du code du sport sont les suivants :


1° L’attestation de réussite au test “ Pass nautique ” mentionné au I de l’article A. 322-3-2 du code du sport ;


2° L’attestation du savoir-nager en sécurité (ASNS) validée dans le temps scolaire mentionnée à l’article D. 312-47-2 du code de l’éducation ou l’attestation du savoir-nager en sécurité validée hors temps scolaire prévue par l’arrêté du 9 août 2022 relatif à l’attestation du “ savoir-nager ” en sécurité hors temps scolaire ;


3° L’attestation scolaire du savoir-nager (ASSN) délivrée avant le 2 mars 2022 ;


4° Le certificat attestant de la réussite au test commun aux fédérations sportives agréées ayant la natation en partage appelé le “ Sauv’nage ” et délivré avant le 1er septembre 2023.
