Article A322-41 of the French Sports Code

The modification of an establishment existing on 6 July 1999, which is intended to affect all or part of the equipment provided for in articles A. 322-21, A. 322-23, A. 322-26, A. 322-28, A. 322-30, A. 322-31, A. 322-35, A. 322-36, A. 322-39 and the second and third paragraphs of article A. 322-25, must have the effect of bringing the part of the establishment which will be modified into compliance with the provisions of this code.

Article A322-41

La modification d’un établissement existant au 6 juillet 1999, qui vise à intervenir sur tout ou partie des équipements prévus aux articles A. 322-21, A. 322-23, A. 322-26, A. 322-28, A. 322-30, A. 322-31, A. 322-35, A. 322-36, A. 322-39 et des deuxième et troisième alinéas de l’article A. 322-25, doit avoir pour effet de rendre la partie de l’établissement qui sera modifiée conforme aux dispositions du présent code.
