Cylinders are identified according to the gases contained.

The manufacturer or distributor of a breathing mixture other than air shall record the following information on the identification sheet for each cylinder and in the establishment’s register:

– the percentage of oxygen analysed and the theoretical composition of the gas mixture ;

– the date of analysis;

– the name of the manufacturer or distributor.

Before diving, the end user completes the identification sheet for each cylinder with the following information:

– the pressure of the gas mixture in the cylinder ;

– the percentage of oxygen analysed and the composition of the mixture;

– the maximum depth at which the mixture can be used;

– the date of the analysis;

– name or initials.

Les bouteilles sont identifiées selon les gaz contenus.

Le fabricant ou le distributeur d’un mélange respiratoire autre que l’air mentionne sur la fiche d’identification de chaque bouteille et sur le registre de l’établissement les informations suivantes :

– le pourcentage d’oxygène analysé et la composition théorique du mélange gazeux ;

– la date de l’analyse ;

– le nom du fabricant ou du distributeur.

Avant la plongée, l’utilisateur final complète la fiche d’identification de chaque bouteille par les informations suivantes :

– la pression du mélange gazeux de la bouteille ;

– le pourcentage d’oxygène analysé et la composition du mélange ;

– la profondeur maximale d’utilisation du mélange ;

– la date de l’analyse ;

– son nom ou ses initiales.
