Article A331-17 of the French Sports Code

Any registration file for an event taking place on an approved permanent circuit submitted by the organiser must include :

1° The name, postal and electronic addresses and contact details of the organiser and, where applicable, of the person appointed as technical organiser;

2° The title of the event, the date, the circuit and the times when it will take place, accompanied by a specific document specifying the discipline concerned and the nature of the event and its characteristics;

3° The arrangements for organising the event, in particular its specific regulations complying with the technical and safety rules mentioned in article R. 331-19 ;

4° The maximum number of people expected to attend the event;

5° A certificate of insurance policy, in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 331-10 and R. 331-30, taken out by the event organiser or, failing this, a declaration on honour undertaking the organiser to provide this certificate to the administrative authority no later than six clear days before the start of the event;

6° Where applicable, the opinion of the delegating federation concerned in accordance with the conditions laid down in article R. 331-22-1 or, failing this, the referral to the federation.

Tout dossier de déclaration d’une manifestation se déroulant sur un circuit permanent homologué présenté par l’organisateur comprend :

1° Les nom, adresse postale et électronique et coordonnées de l’organisateur et, le cas échéant, de la personne désignée comme organisateur technique ;

2° L’intitulé de la manifestation, la date, le circuit et les horaires auxquels elle se déroule accompagnés d’un document spécifique précisant la discipline concernée et la nature de la manifestation et ses caractéristiques ;

3° Les modalités d’organisation de la manifestation, notamment son règlement particulier conforme aux règles techniques et de sécurité mentionnées à l’article R. 331-19 ;

4° Le nombre maximal de personnes attendus lors de cette manifestation ;

5° Une attestation de police d’assurance, conforme aux dispositions des articles L. 331-10 et R. 331-30, souscrite par l’organisateur de la manifestation ou, à défaut, une déclaration sur l’honneur engageant l’organisateur à fournir cette attestation à l’autorité administrative au plus tard six jours francs avant le début de la manifestation ;

6° Le cas échéant, l’avis de la fédération délégataire concernée dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 331-22-1 ou, à défaut, la saisine de la fédération.
