Article A331-35 of the French Sports Code

Approved sports federations, their regional or departmental bodies and their members are exempt from the formality stipulated in 3° of article A. 331-33, provided that the agreement mentioned in article R. 331-50 exists for the discipline which is the subject of the event. This agreement must be attached to the application.

Approved sports federations, their regional or departmental bodies and their members are exempt from the formalities set out in 1° and 2° of article A. 331-34.

Article A331-35

Sont dispensés de la formalité prévue au 3° de l’article A. 331-33, les fédérations sportives agréées, leurs organes régionaux ou départementaux et leurs membres, dès lors qu’il existe dans la discipline faisant l’objet de la manifestation la convention mentionnée à l’article R. 331-50. Cette convention doit être jointe au dossier.

Sont dispensés des formalités prévues aux 1° et 2° de l’article A. 331-34, les fédérations sportives agréées, leurs organes régionaux ou départementaux et leurs membres.
