The competent administrative authority issues a declaration receipt to the organiser when the application is complete, no later than three weeks before the date of the event. If necessary, it will send a copy of this receipt to the local police authorities concerned by the event.

L’autorité administrative compétente délivre un récépissé de déclaration à l’organisateur lorsque le dossier transmis est complet au plus tard trois semaines avant la date de la manifestation. Le cas échéant, elle transmet une copie de ce récépissé aux autorités de police locales concernées par la manifestation.
