Article A343-4-3 of the French Insurance Code

Reinsurance treaties, acceptances, cessions and retrocessions are recorded in chronological order under a continuous numbering system.

The following information must be recorded on a document that can be easily consulted:

-treaty serial number;

-signature date;

-effective date;

-duration;

-name of the ceding party, assignee or retrocessionaire;

-nature of the risks covered by the treaty;

-date on which the treaty takes effect;

-nature of the treaty.

Les traités de réassurance, acceptations, d’une part, cessions et rétrocessions, d’autre part, sont enregistrés par ordre chronologique sous un numérotage continu.


Les informations suivantes doivent être portées sur un document pouvant être facilement consulté :




-numéro d’ordre du traité ;


-date de signature ;


-date d’effet ;


-durée ;


-nom du cédant, du cessionnaire ou du rétrocessionnaire ;


-nature des risques objets du traité ;


-date à laquelle l’effet prend fin ;


-nature du traité.
