The media and formats of audiovisual recordings of interrogations of persons under investigation made pursuant to Articles 116-1 and D. 32-2 and transmitted to the courts must comply with the standards and recommendations set by the General Interoperability Repository (RGI).

The media, in particular CDs and DVDs, must be non-rewritable.
