Article A37-19-1 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

In the event of a claim brought before the competent court, the report drawn up with the device provided for in Article A. 37-19 is, at the request of the authority to which the complaint is made, printed on a white sheet of paper measuring 210 mm × 297 mm.

It reproduces the information mentioned in I of Article A. 37-16 or article A. 37-27-2, as well as any additional information on the circumstances in which the offence was committed noted by the ticketing officer.

It reproduces the handwritten signature of the ticketing officer and, where applicable, that of the offender, as captured and digitised when the ticket was issued.

Article A37-19-1

En cas de réclamation portée devant la juridiction compétente, le procès-verbal dressé avec l’appareil prévu à l’article A. 37-19 est, sur demande de l’autorité saisie de la réclamation, édité sur un feuillet de couleur blanche au format 210 mm × 297 mm.

Il reproduit les éléments mentionnés au I de l’article A. 37-16 ou à l’article A. 37-27-2, ainsi que tous les éléments complémentaires sur les circonstances de la commission de l’infraction relevés par l’agent verbalisateur.

Il reproduit la signature manuscrite de l’agent verbalisateur et, le cas échéant, celle du contrevenant, telles qu’elles ont été saisies et numérisées lors de la verbalisation.
