When a contravention has been established by a report drawn up using a secure electronic device in accordance with articles R. 49-1, D. 589-2 and A. 37-19, the fixed fine notice may indicate that the request for exoneration or the claim may be made in electronic form in accordance with the provisions of this article.

Except in the cases provided for in articles A. 37-20-1 to A. 37-20-5, the dispute is made on the website www. antai. fr using the information on the fixed fine notice, using an online dispute form on the site. An acknowledgement of registration of the challenge is automatically presented to the person once they have validated and sent their challenge. This document can be downloaded or printed by the person concerned.

Lorsqu’une contravention a été constatée par un procès-verbal réalisé en utilisant un appareil électronique sécurisé conformément aux articles R. 49-1, D. 589-2 et A. 37-19, l’avis d’amende forfaitaire peut indiquer que la requête en exonération ou la réclamation pourra être faite de façon dématérialisée conformément aux dispositions du présent article.

Hors les cas prévus par les articles A. 37-20-1 à A. 37-20-5, la contestation est faite sur le site www. antai. fr en utilisant les informations figurant sur l’avis d’amende forfaitaire, à l’aide d’un formulaire de contestation en ligne figurant sur le site. Un accusé d’enregistrement de la contestation est présenté automatiquement à la personne lorsque celle-ci a validé et envoyé sa contestation. Ce document peut être téléchargé ou imprimé par la personne.
