Article A426-1 of the French Sports Code

The commission mentioned in 2° of article R. 426-1 is the Guadeloupe territorial commission of the Centre national pour le développement du sport, to which are invited, in an advisory capacity, a representative of the sports movement from approved sports associations based and operating in Saint-Barthélemy, appointed by the State representative, as well as the president of the territorial council or his representative. This committee is responsible for issuing an opinion on the allocation of subsidies to local sports associations, in line with the establishment’s directives concerning the distribution of subsidies to be allocated at local level.

Article A426-1

La commission mentionnée au 2° de l’article R. 426-1 est la commission territoriale de Guadeloupe du Centre national pour le développement du sport, à laquelle sont invités, avec voix consultative, un représentant du mouvement sportif issu d’associations sportives agréées ayant leur siège et leur activité à Saint-Barthélemy, désigné par le représentant de l’Etat, ainsi que le président du conseil territorial ou son représentant. Cette commission est compétente pour émettre un avis sur l’attribution des subventions destinées aux associations sportives locales, en cohérence avec les directives de l’établissement concernant la répartition des subventions à attribuer au niveau local.
