The deed of consent to the prior claim (number 109 in table 5) gives rise to the collection of an emolument proportional to the sum actually benefiting from the prior claim, according to the following scale:

L’acte de consentement à l’antériorité (numéro 109 du tableau 5) donne lieu à la perception d’un émolument proportionnel à la somme profitant effectivement de l’antériorité, selon le barème suivant :
