Article A444-203 of the French Commercial code

The national professional bodies listed in Article R. 444-17, with the exception of the Conseil national des barreaux, shall transmit by 30 June each year at the latest, either by secure electronic communication in an open computer format that ensures its interoperability, or by any other appropriate means, to the Ministers of Justice and of the Economy and to the Autorité de la concurrence, the tables drawn up in accordance with the models appearing respectively in I and II of Annex 4-2 to this book.

Les instances nationales professionnelles énumérées à l’article R. 444-17, à l’exception du Conseil national des barreaux, transmettent au plus tard le 30 juin de chaque année, soit par voie de communication électronique sécurisée dans un format informatique ouvert de nature à assurer son interopérabilité, soit par tout autre moyen approprié, aux ministres de la justice et de l’économie et à l’Autorité de la concurrence, les tableaux établis conformément aux modèles figurant respectivement au I et au II de l’annexe 4-2 du présent livre.
