Article A444-50 of the French Commercial code

The allowances, paid to municipal councillors, municipal officials, gendarmerie authorities or witnesses, mentioned in e and g of 3° of I of article Annexe 4-8 are as follows:

1° For being present at the opening of locked doors and furniture: €6.60;

2° For assisting with the execution of an eviction measure: €11.00.

Les indemnités, versées aux conseillers municipaux, fonctionnaires municipaux, autorités de gendarmerie ou témoins, mentionnées aux e et g du 3° du I de l’article Annexe 4-8 sont les suivantes :

1° Pour être présents à l’ouverture des portes et meubles fermant à clef : 6,60 € ;

2° Pour prêter main-forte à l’exécution d’une mesure d’expulsion : 11,00 €.
