Article A663-16 of the French Commercial code

The fee provided for in Article R. 663-16 in respect of the task of collecting and distributing dividends laid down by the plan (number 4 of table 4-2) is set in proportion to the cumulative amount of the sums collected by all the creditors or, in the absence of collection by the creditors, to the cumulative amount of the sums deposited with the Caisse des dépôts et consignations during each of the years of execution of the plan, according to the following scale:

Article A663-16

L’émolument prévu à l’article R. 663-16 au titre de la mission de perception et de répartition des dividendes arrêté par le plan (numéro 4 du tableau 4-2) est fixé proportionnellement au montant cumulé des sommes encaissées par l’ensemble des créanciers ou, à défaut d’encaissement par les créanciers, au montant cumulé des sommes consignées à la Caisse des dépôts et consignations au cours de chacune des années d’exécution du plan, selon le barème suivant :
