In accordance with the provisions of article R. 663-6, the supervisory mission during the safeguard procedure (number 5 of table 4-1) gives rise to the collection of the fee set in article A. 663-5 less 25%.

In accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of article R. 663-7, the task of administering the company during receivership or compulsory liquidation proceedings (number 6 of table 4-1) gives rise to the collection of the fee set out in article A. 663-5 plus 50%.
