The fee provided for in article R. 663-5 in respect of the debtor’s assistance assignment (number 4 of table 4-1), is set in proportion to the debtor’s turnover, according to the following scale:

L’émolument prévu à l’article R. 663-5 au titre de la mission d’assistance du débiteur (numéro 4 du tableau 4-1), est fixé proportionnellement au chiffre d’affaires de ce débiteur, selon le barème suivant :
