The emolument provided for in the first paragraph of Article R. 663-18 for the benefit of the judicial representative for the whole of the safeguard or receivership proceedings (number 1 of Table 4-3) is set at €2,351.25.
The emolument provided for in the third paragraph of this article for the benefit of the liquidator (number 2 of Table 4-3) is also set at €2,351.25.
L’émolument prévu au premier alinéa de l’article R. 663-18 au profit du mandataire judiciaire pour l’ensemble de la procédure de sauvegarde ou de redressement judiciaire (numéro 1 du tableau 4-3) est fixé à 2 351,25 €.
L’émolument prévu au troisième alinéa de cet article au profit du liquidateur (numéro 2 du tableau 4-3) est également fixé à 2351,25 €.
