Article A663-23 of the French Commercial code

In accordance with the provisions of article R. 663-26, the emolument due in respect of the task of distributing funds between creditors entrusted by the court to the mandataire judiciaire pursuant to article L. 631-16 (number 9 of table 4-3) is set in accordance with article A. 663-16.

Conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 663-26, l’émolument du au titre de la mission de répartition des fonds entre les créanciers confiée par le tribunal au mandataire judiciaire en application de l’article L. 631-16 (numéro 9 du tableau 4-3) est fixé conformément à l’article A. 663-16.
