The fee provided for in Article R. 663-28 in respect of the task of administering the business, where the continuation of the business has been authorised pursuant to Article L. 641-10 (number 12 of table 4-3), is set in proportion to the amount of turnover, according to the following scale:

L’émolument prévu à l’article R. 663-28 au titre de la mission d’administration de l’entreprise, lorsque le maintien de l’activité a été autorisé en application de l’article L. 641-10 (numéro 12 du tableau 4-3), est fixé proportionnellement au montant du chiffre d’affaires, selon le barème suivant :
