Article A713-4 of the French Commercial code

At least thirty days before the last day of the ballot, the candidates submit a copy of their ballot paper and circular to the election organising committee for validation.

In the event of candidacies submitted as part of a group, the group’s representative submits a single ballot paper and circular for all the group’s candidates under the same conditions.
In the event of applications submitted as part of a grouping, the representative of the grouping shall submit a single copy of the ballot paper and circular for all the candidates in the grouping under the same conditions. The ranking of the applications on this single ballot paper follows the order in which the applications are registered with the prefecture.

Trente jours au moins avant le dernier jour du scrutin, les candidats remettent, pour validation, à la commission d’organisation des élections, un exemplaire de leur bulletin de vote et de leur circulaire.

En cas de candidatures présentées dans le cadre d’un groupement, le mandataire du groupement remet dans les mêmes conditions un exemplaire du bulletin de vote et une circulaire uniques pour l’ensemble des candidats du groupement. Le classement des candidatures sur ce bulletin de vote unique respecte l’ordre d’enregistrement des candidatures à la préfecture.
