The allowance voted by the general meeting, for a period which may not exceed the term of office, is normally vested in the chairman. However, the executive committee may decide that all or part of this allowance is to be vested in one or more of its other members. A copy of the deliberation of the general meeting and, where applicable, the decision of the executive committee, referred to in articles A. 712-2 and A. 712-4, is sent to the supervisory authority within fifteen days.
